I. Machine model: FS-140 plastic edge yarn recycling machine

2.Function: Used for recycling plastic flat film (tape) from extrusion line which produced during cutting from film to yarn. .

3.Working process:

The edge yarn is broken by the crusher into small particles, and the small particles separated by the crushing separator falls into the screw feeder, then finally feed the material into the extruder hopper. So there is no waste yarn on the ground and the ground is clean ,so this machine is environmental protection, clean, labor saving.

4. Characteristics

1) The machine is compact in structure and easy to maintain. The high speed steel blade is easy to cut the plastic. The feeding function will evenly feed the material into the extruder hopper.

2) Adopt high quality special tool steel tool, the distance between the cutter can be adjusted, the tool is durable and can be repeatedly disassembled and sharpened.

3) Separated design: hopper, crusher, mesh, fan can be disassembled repeatedly, easy to clean.

4) The motor appliances have overload protection devices.
